DEBORAH SWOOPE JOINS DK Realty AS SALES CONSULTANT

DK Realty Partners has associated Deborah H. Swoope as real estate broker to assist investors and corporate clients with selling their properties, disposing of distressed property, builders and developers in marketing closeouts via auction and lenders in achieving bulk sales of their OREO.

Ms. Swoope has been a licensed real estate agent since 1986 and has recently become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. Her background is in investment sales, residential sales, and real estate management. She has had extensive exposure to the foreclosure industry and is proficient in short sales, an important skill in today’s real estate market. She has worked with loss mitigators and asset managers, as well as owners facing the loss of their properties.

DK Realty Partners’ principal, David M. In her spare time, Ms. Swoope dedicates herself to helping youth, victims of Domestic Violence seniors and other persons that have, unfortunately, found themselves homeless. She is Executive Director of The Supportive LIVING Consortium and she will use her real estate sales and management experience to advocate for Supportive Housing and help the federal government fulfill their mandate to end homelessness.
