I transacted many IRC Section 1031 tax defered exchanges. I conducted the first, last and most auctions for the Resolution Trust Company during the savings and loan crisis of the 80’s and 90’s. First to have auctioned large numbers of homes (50 to as many as 450 in a single sale) for the Department of HUD, Fannie and Freddie, the FDIC the FSLIC and many corporations throughout the United States. For bankruptcy courts, I have auctioned properties as diverse as the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. ($40,000,000) and a 315 unit apartment complex in Indianapolis, Indiana ($4,000,000).
