This means that we not only market to tenants, but brokers as well. We practice traditional marketing methods as well as creative approaches, including mass emails, professionally-designed mailings, state and nationwide broker email campaigns, various online commercial MLS sites, local and regional print media, networking events, broker open houses and direct cold call and canvassing campaigns. We have an extensive database of tenants through our tenant representation department which provides us with opportunities to market our properties directly to those tenants.  We also employ old fashioned methods such as a personal foot canvassing and door knocking campaign as well as phone calls to businesses in the area.
